Unbelievably Great Experience‎‎

I'm a High Point University parent, and due to a series of miscommunications I called at about 3:45 pm on a Thursday afternoon to have flowers delivered that same day for my daughter's birthday. Every other flower shop nearby and all the 800 numbers told me, "Sorry... Too late." I was happy to see the name Grace Flower Shop... because that was just what I needed. We had screwed up and couldn't salvage it. However, the fine lady at Grace (probably Sarah) was understanding and sweet as she took my order quickly over the phone with gentleness and good humor. The exact flowers I wanted were delivered directly to my daughter's dorm at 5:00 pm that day. Unbelievable! They have earned a loyal customer for at least the next three years! Thank you, thank you, thank you! (Oh...my daughter loved the flowers by the way... she said they were, "Sunny!") :-D

Rare Service‎‎

I called from out of town on a Saturday afternoon for a delivery by Sunday at a local funeral home, and was granted this wish with a most courteous and professional attitude from Sarah at this shop. I know without doubt that this was a step above their normal delivery process and for this I am very greatful. If I have to do buisness again in High Point, it will be with this shop also. To Sarah, thank you again.

Just wanted to thank you so much for the beautiful work you did with the flowers and centerpieces for Holly and Alex’s wedding and reception this past Saturday. We loved ALL the flower arrangements, and especially loved what you did for the bride’s bouquet and the large arrangement at the church. We heard many nice comments about the flowers.
